Please read these terms before using Toto Little Learner. By using the app, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the child you supervise.
Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Toto Little Learner, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
Parent / guardian use
Toto Little Learner is intended for use by a parent or legal guardian together with a child aged 2–5. The grown-up is responsible for setting up the device, controlling screen time, and any subscription decisions.
Children must use with adult supervision
Children should use Toto Little Learner with adult supervision. The app is designed to be safe to hand a child for short sessions, but no app replaces a caring adult.
Educational purpose only
Toto Little Learner is provided for general preschool learning and play. It is not a substitute for formal schooling, therapy, medical advice, or any professional service.
No guarantee of learning outcomes
We hope children enjoy the app and pick up some early concepts, but we make no specific promises about academic results.
Toto Premium subscription
Toto Premium unlocks the full learning pack. New subscribers begin with a 7-day free trial and then renew at the price shown in the Parent Area.
7-day free trial
New Toto Premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. The trial starts when you confirm the purchase through Apple or Google. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will renew at the regular price.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple ID or Google Play account at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation through Apple / Google account settings
You can cancel a Toto Premium subscription at any time from your Apple ID subscriptions page (iOS) or your Google Play subscriptions page (Android). We do not handle cancellations directly inside the app.
Restore purchases
If you reinstall the app or use a new device, you can restore an existing subscription from Parent Area → Restore Purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app or its content. Do not use the app in a way that harms a child, violates the law, or infringes on the rights of others.
Intellectual property
All app content — illustrations, audio, text, code — is owned by Toto Learning or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your family.
No ads, no tracking
Toto Little Learner contains no advertisements and no third-party analytics or tracking.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toto Learning is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted inside the app with a new effective date.
