Subscription help
For billing questions about Toto Premium, please use your Apple ID subscriptions page (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions page (Android). Apple and Google handle all charges, refunds, and cancellations directly. We can help with anything else.
Parents may use the app’s Parent Area to reset local progress at any time. Open the app, tap Parent, pass the parent gate, then tap Reset progress.

See the Privacy Policy for details about how the app handles data. The short version: nothing leaves the device.
